Excellent service, great medical team and great staff. Highly recommend :)
I had a medical procedure done by Dr Rashmi which I was very happy with. Always had a good experience with staff here over the past couple of years!
Very happy at my last visit. Wait is not too long and bulk billing service is great!
Came here for the first time to see Dr Amanda Van Den Broek and she was probably the best GP I've seen. Actually listens to you, very thorough history taking and friendly. I didn't have to wait forever either which was a bonus. Very happy with the service! I hope that wasn't just a once off!
Unapologetic about miscommunication regarding transfer of patient records from Myhealth Corio to Myhealth Carlton. Spent half an hour re-explaining my condition to the dietician rather than addressing the issues at hand. To address the need to arrange background info, was told I needed to arrange transfer of records from GP. Gave feedback that there needed to be better coordination between myhealth clinics. Feedback ignored. You need to go back to Myhealth Carlton and sign the form was the response. Was meant to dealt with by way of request for transfer form sent via email to me to arrange for the consent to be faxed so that I wouldn't need to come in again just to sign the form. Still waiting for the form to be emailed to me. Pretty poor customer service in my view. This is coming from someone who rarely writes reviews.
