Having recently moved to Bathurst they were able to quickly book me in. Premises is clean, warm and the staff are friendly, prompt and polite. The Doctor I saw was helpful and had me sent to the nurses on staff to remove stitches. They were very friendly and helpful. Very talkative and explained everything to me. There is ample seating and lots of space to find a parking position considering major building construction is going on nearby.

Booked an appointment at 12:15 and got in at 1:20 waiting time is un acceptable at one point we were they only ones waiting for half an hour which left me to think what the doctors were doing. But otherwise staff was great.but seriously I’m never visiting here again

I have seen a few different doctors in this practice. All have been good. The bulk billing is great. Never had much issue with waiting times

Have been a few times now to visit one of the male doctors, after having a less than ideal appointment with a female doctor. I have been told that one of the female doctors available is fantastic but due to her own personal commitments is not taking on any more patients, unfortunately. The doctor I have had appointments here has been thorough, pleasant and polite. He is happy to chat about any concerns you might raise. As a young woman I wanted to err towards other female doctors but have found it's not worth it. The nurses at this practice are also very experienced and go the extra mile to assist (important when you're a nursing student getting immunisations ready for placement).
