Great and on time service, very friendly stuff.
Dear Sir or Madam, I was in your Centre this morning in Wollongong and I was very unhappy with the service I received. Do you teach your front of desk staff how to look after your customers? Obviously not. There were two receptionists at the front desk. One had finished with the customer before me and was completing the paperwork needed for that customer. She did a great job and was very professional and polite to me. Thank you to her. The other receptionist to her right had been on the phone for five minutes talking to who knows who about a problem. I'm sorry but when you have three people waiting in line to receive service in your reception area, please put the person on the phone and look after the people in your reception area first. That's common sense. I've been in retail for more than ten years and I was disgusted with this level of service. I will not come back to your business.
The receptionist was very polite to me, took my paperwork. The radiologist was friendly, the student radiologist was very friendly & understanding of my disabilty. Thank you.
Great service, great staff. Simply great!
