Terrible management team which no doubt filters down through the whole organization. You only have to observe the number of directors this mid-sized firm has is that of a publicly listed company! Clearly an egotistical culture where 'we can all be the boss' to satisfy our insecurities rather than being quietly content to do excellent work as a middle manager. There are much better alternatives, I see no reason to frequent this practice.
