I wish there was an option for just poor as the service I was given was shocking. Tax returns were a shambles costing me a lot in additional tax which shouldn't have been paid. I would not recommend them to anyone. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else for your accounting needs, it'll save you a lot of money.

Very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL service.I had the worst experience with them and would never recommend them to anyone. They cost me a huge amount of time and money fixing up the incorrect adjustments THEY made on my ATO account WITHOUT my permission.
