I've always had a great experience at BIT - since I started getting my tax returns done five years ago. From Deidre serving tea and biscuits to dog and the foster kittens in the office... they make you feel at home and give a great straight forward service. Jimmy makes it easy for me by doing everything on email as I can't always find time to come in. He always answers all my questions too. I have recommended BIT to all my friends.

Campbell and his team are GREAT!! Took the time to calm us down when we had the ATO on our ass and go through the things we needed to do. Set us up with a spreadsheet for getting things ready for tax purposes and talked us through it. Great job guys. Cannot recommend enough.

Campbell, Jimmy and Deidre have been unfailingly patient and helpful with problems that come with dual citizenship. I would highly recommend their work.
