Just wanted to wish jim and his beautiful wife a merry xmas, i have been having my tax done by Jim for nearly 20yrs...he has a grt sense of humour and certainly knows his way around all the BS called the tax system...highly recommend everybody to use this wonderful local family business...p.s see u in June Jim 😃

Awful. After a meeting; 6 emails, 2 phone calls and handing all my paperwork in with a note I was phoned by the principal of the office to be told (rudely) that they had no note and no emails and that he was too busy to take me on as a client as I had failed in communication. Unbelievably poor service.
