Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning Mandurah

I had a reverse cycle ducted system installed in December 2016. The initial salesman provided an excellent service and was able to demonstrate why I should buy their system over the competition without any hesitation or doubt. After the installation I noticed a few things that were sub par from the sub contractors. I am giving a 5 star review because of the companies after sales service. I have not found anyone better. The store manager dealt with me directly and even put up with my frustrations. They arranged for their staff to come out in a timely manner to fix the issues. Their tradesman have been very polite and on time when attended our home and overall we are very happy with the Air Conditioner that they have provided. They were a little bit more expensive than some of the competition, but the quality of their products and the level of after sales service is worth the premium and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent reception and help when visiting the office - terrific! I would like to particularly commend Cameron Barker for his outstanding help on a number of occasions in the office and at my home. He turns up on time and his friendly and genuine manner is impressive and I have greatly appreciated his assistance and my interaction with him. Fabulous! Gary Low

Sales staff are pretty good. When it come to the installation though the installers were a bit rough. - scratched my front door - marked the paint in the hallway with ladder - left a huge mess in the roof - moved insulation and didn't put it back - walked through my garden constantly and kicked mulch everywhere I was led to believe that the install would be professional and tidy, NOT TRUE. If I could do it over again i'd go with someone else.

Bloody apalling service , didnt help me one bit and then rudely hung up on!! Dont go there!!

Ford & Doonan just did our Air Conditioning and did an excellent job at a great price. We got a Daikin reverse air conditioning unit and they went through various options at different price points, while giving really good advice on getting the best results for both cooling and heating.
