You need to make sure everything is perfect when you are getting keys. They will never fix anything afterwards. I am still waiting on my 90 days fix up after 2.5 years. In the beginning they promised to fix everything. Now their MD called and was as rude as he could be, saying his manager never promised to fix anything!!! We have some promises in emails but obviously we trusted them few verbally as well. MD told me ""do whatever you can do, will see what you can really do", when I argued I will complain. Coming that from a senior in ZAC homes, nothing could go worst. Be careful.
Great builders well priced homes.
This is the worst building company I have ever come across - they deserve zero stars!. On settlement day, Frank Cini (their rep) promised to fix some minor things they didn't complete properly such as towel racks not being mounted to wall correctly etc and dead plants in the front yard. Frank also said they would re paint the walls if they got scratched due to us moving our furniture. Sounds good right? I filled out the form, sent it back and another rep came back to our place a week later only to tell us "oh sorry Frank has lied to you and we don't repair those things"!! Absolutely disgusting zac homes.
Great homes and service. Very flexible with there designs.
Ignorant Company. Don't use them for your new venture you'd be nothing but thoroughly disappointed. From site supervisors to contractors to management are completely ignorant about issues reported.
