Simonds Homes Echuca

We cannot recommend more highly of the customer service we received during our build with Simonds Homes. We started our process with wondering through the display homes in Shepparton, we loved the Dakota plan and the pricing was good value, the home was beautifully presented. After making a couple of changes to the plan our next step was to go down to Melbourne to the gallery, shortly after signing the building contract and the plans were submitted to council for approval. Melissa & Clare were excellent coordinators, we were kept up to date with progress weekly. Our supervises Chris & Craig also kept us up to date with the build, we were able to inspect the house after each building stage. The build from the slab to handing over the keys took only 4 months. The quality of the home is second to none and we were thrilled with our dream home.
