I was deterred by these bad reviews so got another locksmith with glowing five star reviews to quote for a new door lock. Seemed expensive so thought I'd shop around & give these guys another chance - after all they've bee n going as long as I can remember - 20 or 30 years. Two pleasant young fellows turned up on time, quoted and completed the job of a new door lock , all with a minimum of fuss - and at a much better price. Scarey to think how anyone can say /& believe anything in these reviews!

Young guy called Chris was less than accommodating. Short tempered and rude. What a shame, really doesnt take much to make a customers experience a positive one.
