I would give a ZERO star if I could. Horrible company. AVOID at all costs. Has taken over 2 weeks so far to repair a lift and no information gets provided as to why. How they still manage to secure contracts is beyond me. Absolutely abysmal. Don't bother trying to call it gets put through to Sydney where they don't have any information about jobs logged just refer you you to someone else until you give up. Disgrace!

Horrible elevator company. 1 of our lifts is broken and there are only 2 that service our 36 floor apartment. It's been 3 weeks and they have completely slacked in getting this fix. We aren't able to use another company due to the fact that we are under contract and its BS. Apparently there are 3 other buildings that have the same issue so I officially do not know why they are even a company if they can't provide for their clients. Unprofessional and I would never recommend

Abusive driver on the road. Does not understand courtesy nor right of way. It's a pity they don't understand if they drive a company car it reflects on the company. I would never use their services because of their poor behaviour on the roads.

what pathetic service. I called the Melbourne branch 5 times from 2.15 pm - 2.35 pm and each time got diverted through to Sydney Office who were unable to assist me with a very simple request. On my last call I was told to call back "as the girl had probably gone to lunch".....seriously ??? How about I just get another company to handle my business....and you can all enjoy your long lunches!
