Focal Point Landscape Maintenance
Denyse Galle said 2 years ago
Edmund and his men have been doing my garden for about 3 years now, and I can't be happier. Over that time, they have revamped the back yard, and just last year replaced several plants in the front and put in an automated watering system. These guys are the best, they always show up on their scheduled day, and if they can't due to weather or anything else has delayed them, they either call or send a text message, asking if the new arrangement is okay with me. Can't recommend Focal Point Landscape Maintenance highly enough, they get 10 out of 10 from me. Great work guys

Initial contact was good and the resulting garden maintenance job itself was excellent. However, we signed up for a regular maintenance program and no one ever contacted us again. I rung up several more times and was given the run around with the person refusing to commit to a date to come over. I have tried again with emails but no reply at all. I give up, very disappointed as I wanted to support local business.

Don't consider this company, very hard to book a time for job, never call back as promise and never come back to complete their unfinished job

DO NOT HIRE! Starts off ok, service slowly gets worse, lies about time spent at property and price hikes without warning. Very disapointed. Would never rehire. Only put 1 star as review wouldn't let me continue-NO STARS.
