The attitude of some of your staff is shocking. People with little idea of what they need and who needs some help are made to feel like idiots. I was scared to ask ‘too many’ questions as I was made to feel i was in the way of their work. It seems to me that since the closure of Masters, effort to stand out have been curtailed because now you are a big fat corporation with virtually no competition.
