I would highly recommend using this plumbing service if you enjoy being spoken down to and told to "get to the point" by an extremely unprofessional and rude receptionist. A little bit of empathy would be nice if you are going to be dealing with emergency situations. I'm quite happy to know that the call is recorded for training and quality purposes because it would be a prime example of how not to keep business.
Excellent service and competitive price. Quoted in the morning, installed in the afternoon. Very professional - highly recommended
