I had the best service ever, Sharon went to great lengths to identify a heater that had no labels, when Identified they made sure that the parts were given to the service man, who was prompt, professional and knew his stuff. He walked us through everything he had done and took his shoes off every time he entered the house even though I told him it was not necessary. I am nearlly 70 years old, and it was the best ever.
