Great amount of stock! Pity that the staff are too busy chatting to each other to actually bother to help assist the customers! I was struggling to control their useless huge uncontrollable trolley from rolling down a ramp & I turned around & they are watching this happen! So much for their offer of assistance to help with taking your items out to the car! Eventually I had to leave my items out by the front door & come back in to actually ask for help! Very disappointed in the staff training!!!!

They had a vast quantity of mice and rat killer emitting odours as you come into the store. Right nearby unwrapped chocolate Easter eggs for kiddies! I mentioned to the guy on the checkout and he seemed disinterested. "Ah dunno" he said. Not very socially responsible Bunnings!

VERY UNHELPFUL staff at Return Counter. Went there on 04/03/2018 at around 13:30 trying to do an exchange and got declined by the lady who worked at the Return Section with BAD ATTITUDE.Bought a extension gate from Bunnings KentTown the day before as the other staff there told me this extension gate will suit my existing one, but its not. So end up driving all the way thru to Mile End Bunnings and got an exchange finally.
If you are not happy to help customers, please consider if you are suitable for this job or not , coz i will NEVER go to this Bunnings because of YOU:).
