Mr. H2O Plumbing Company
Sherif Torki said 2 years ago
My father is 84 years old, just recently lost his wife, he has dementia and heard water flowing although all the taps in the house were shut tight, he panicked and called Mr H2O plumbing after-hours, a tradesman came, went up on the roof and turned a tap off to the cooling system and charged him $850. This is an outright ripoff, the call out charge was $180 so what exactly costed $650 in addition to the call out charge? Tradesman did not fix anything, just turned the tap off and put a $2.00 cap on it. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Because they saw a confused elderly citizen, that gave them the opportunity to rip him off. No matter how many times I called asking for justification. No reply. I have submitted the invoice to this site. Also you can go to Facebook (Companies that take advantage of pensioners & senior citizens) and share your experience about this corrupt company Australia wide.
