This is the worst bunnings store around they need to learn about customer service there is never anyone around to help and they are always out of stock of you want

You can easily walk up and down at least 5 isles looking for assistance and only 2/5 employees actually know the product to even give you any assistance.

Friday 29Th September 2017 We want cheap prices - I understand that We as consumers have enabled Bunnings to send the local Garden Centre out of business BUT - The service at the Prospect Bunnings Garden centre is shocking Two (2) staff members on the service desk - chatting away about there upcoming weekend --- sorry to have interrupted you Ladies to give you my money! Also NO knowledge of horticulture Terrible --- BAD management

Can never find anyone to help......must all be busy making commercials.When you do find someone their knowledge of the product is poor.Go to a specialised product store instead.An example is the light store next door to Bunnings at Prospect.Great advice. better prices
