Worst costumers service ever, If you accidentally buy a faulty item from JB HI-FI or you want to fix or replace your product under the warranty they never going to listen to you. They are very lazy to do this. You have to ring many items for replacement. So, according to my recommendation, they have worst customer service in compared to other stores.
Door security treat everyone like a shoplifter. Picked up an online 10x dvd order and 'security' guy questioned every item. I showed them as a courtesy and they never offer any back. Rude people with fractured English who don't know how online pickups seem to work.
Good store with large variety of products. But customer service isnt the best, the younger staff members mostly the female staff can be rude at times. The only person that provides a good customer service experience is the elder gentleman who always tries to help out.
I was not happy with my service from a young man that served me. I brought a $1110 computer in dec and he talked me into purchasing trend micro a mouse pad and a couple of other things i wanted. For two and a half months i have been trying to get this computer to work for me after aetting it all up. Eventually i gave it to a technician to sort out for me and he told me i needed to purchase office. At no stage was i told when i purchased the computer that i had to purchase office to make it go for me you can imagine how pissed i was when i found this out after strugling for two and a half months. It put me way behibd un my studies. Now i have it im going to be very busy catching up on my studies.
