Very expensive and misleading, quoted call-out fee and hourly rate + parts, this was not honoured once plumber arrived onsite. Being a former contractor I was very clear in detailing the work involved and told over the phone this would be a standard part they would carry with them. Once onsite I was told the new fixed price would be over 300% of the original price detailed over the phone, insisting it was a fixed price job. I was then informed cancelling the job would still result in call-out fee + part hourly rate be very careful before using these guys. Where's the zero star rating?
