Sometimes I feel staff will say anything to make a sale. Tried telling me that the little lock symbol on an LG fridge meant that it actually locks the door; I guess sales staff do this kind of thing everywhere, so not sure why I'm surprised. Other than some BS, everything went smooth.

In response to question asked about good guys in fyshwick - Good to know that service over the phone with good guys at fyshwick can be dodgy. I'll be keeping this in mind if I have any future dealings with them. They had been the preferred supplier up till I read this. Thank you for sharing - before this I had said - generally fairly quick service and good price matching

When we did get served, the gentleman who served us was lovely, efficient and friendly. However, it took upwards of 15 minutes to be even acknowledged, and there did not appear to be enough staff on the floor given the capacity of the store.

My partner Purchased a Dyson supersonic Hairdryer from the Good Guys Fyshwick. Purchased on 15/12/17 as a Christmas present. This is an expensive dryer $ 480. It was used for the first time on 28/1/18. On / off switch never worked: I returned this to the Good Guys at Fyshwick where it was purchased: They would not replace it. They said they would send it to Dyson. They could not tell me if I would get a new one: no idea how long it would take. I will never buy from Good Guys again . So many disappointing stories about the Good Guys Fyshwick where I work.

Dredful service. Waited a long time on the phone but was hung up. Obviously, the Good Guys do not need any business otherwise they would answer and transfer their phone calls.
