These guys are disorganised and unprofessional. They said it would take 2 weeks to get to my job, which was fine, but when the date we had booked in came around they just kept on not turning up, and not even calling to let me know. When I would call to find out where they were they kept saying saying, 'we'll be there tomorrow'. This went on for over a week. I should have got some one else at this point but I had already waited 3 weeks. When they did finally come, they only did half the job! It took them 45 minutes and they charged me $550 for it. It took over a month (and several phone calls from me) for them to come back and finish the job, it took 10 minutes and they charged over $100 (the only materials used were about 50cm of pipe and some adhesive...). Throughout all of this I have had to explain the job at least 5 different times to at least 3 different plumbers, but the details never seemed to stick. Find a different plumber. EDIT; since writing this review I have realised that the work done hasn't even fixed the problem...
