Sam from SAS construction is an extremely rude, vile and nothing short of a pig. He yells at his staff with denegrating tones as well as doing this in front of other staff members. He uses fear to control people that he has instilled fear into. He has no people skills and is a very poor builder. Trying to achieve the impossible for financial gain. He has empoyees performing tasks that are 5 or y steps ahead of the task they should be performing. By doing this his staff are double handling tripple handling and even up to 5 times handling the same thing. Then has the nerve to ask why it has taken so long. He needs to retake the builders exams as well as learn some plain old manners. You catch more bees with honey. I have over 20,000 combines facebook friends and i will post my disgust with every avenue i can find. People like him should not be trusted with your Australian dream of owning a home. He is not a builders backside.
Having recently worked alongside SAS Construction, I found them to be professional, hard working and dedicated to the task at hand. Having seen many of the properties developed by SAS, it is easy to see why they are in huge demand.
