Thoroughly professional and very thorough in the inspection with good easy to read and understand report. Saved me making what would have been a costly mistake. 100% recommend the company to anyone who is looking to buy in the Bairnsdale area.
Both the inspection and report were done in a very timely manner. The report was very detailed and easy for a lay person to understand. I would definitely recommend this company.
We had a similar experience to Bruce. We had the report checked by a very experienced builder, and although some points were valid, some were without basis, and others were trivial and easily fixed.
Poor judgment and approach. Made assumptions without evidence and made small issues out to be large ones. Beware!
