Super helpful staff .. I first went to a competitive store but left because there was no staff around to help me. The staff member here was quick to greet me and offer his assistance. Great prices on TV's and a great range to choose from. Also offer delivery and installation (at an extra cost) which is very convenient. Looking forward to my new TV getting delivered and installed 😊
Went to buy a couple of Kindle e-readers from the Colonnades store. Asked a staff member about the functions of a particular kindle... he had no idea and asked one of his colleagues who told him to google it. A pair of clowns... neither of them had any information of the product they were selling. The older guy was still searching online after I had googled and found the info I needed myself. He had no idea what he was doing- he thought the name of the Kindle was “prologue” because on the box there was a picture the prologue page of a book. Humiliating for them both. I left and purchased the goods from officeworks. Untrained monkeys

Great range of goods, the staff here are really friendly and helpful, some of isles seem to be a bit narrow but still could fit a wheel chair down them.

Good collection of display phones and electronics. Fairly price compared to other competitors, customer service could be better.
