Was at the corkburn store this morning anting to get an item from the tools section. After looking through shelves and shelves if similar looking items, decided to seek the help of one if the staff. I was directed to Julie. Waited for about 10 mins while she was with someone. When she finally decided to attend to me, she appears to be frustrated and impatient. Brought me to the correct item and said in a loud voice, "what's wrong with this?". I felt like I was being scolded for troubling her with such a minor issue. Julie, if serving customer is a chore, you might want to think if other options. Just saying.

Only Bunnings I've been to that refuses to let dogs in unless they're 1. Muzzled 2. Sitting in a shopping trolley. Seriously. Unsure why this Bunnings has such a ridiculous rule, but one of the reasons I love Bunnings so much is because my dog gets to tag along. He hates muzzles and is too big to sit in a shopping trolley. Will be using a different Bunnings in the future without such a ridiculous rule.

I don't believe they should sell so much really low quality rubbish that last 5 minutes and really isn't fit for any purpose. Just landfill in a few weeks. Take a look along the kerb at hardwaste collection time.

No cashiers open. One person at returns and one on the door directing customers to trade shop . How about using staff more effectively .
