We had several issues with a cement tile roof in the middle of winter - not ideal. I googled several roof repairers and started calling. Jim answered the phone and treated me from the start like an intelligent human being. Since I am a woman with an accent this was very refreshing. Jim asked for all the information he needed upfront, did exactly as he said he would, and sent me the right amount of information in an easy to understand format for me to be able to make informed choices. My questions were answered promptly and efficiently. I never had to chase any additional information. The work was done on schedule and exactly as promised leaving the work-site clean with no debris or empty containers in sight. We were provided with replacement tiles too for future use in case if needed. The roof looks amazing and all the problems are gone. From start to end communication was like a breath of fresh air and the job done is nothing short of excellent. I would highly recommend Melbourne Quality Roofing to anyone.
