Ordered a rectangular stainless steel flashing to use as a fill for a bench top stove that was slightly smaller than the bench top cut out. Supplied them a detailed drawing with measurements, explained to them that the critical dimensions were the internal to fit the stove into. Paid just under $300 and they supplied me with an item that was 1.5 mm too short in length and 3 mm too short in depth. Due to the time of day and urgency to fit the stove top, I was left with no option but to use an angle grinder to remove enough metal to make it fit. Failed to respond to text or email messages.
