Dear Chris, Terry, Mick, Margaret & Team. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and commend you all for the professionalism and service that your team gave us from the very first meeting to the final hand over. This was our first ever pool build and you guys provided us with a nothing is too hard attitude and outstanding customer service which made the entire process stress free and easy. Words cannot express how happy we are with the quality and finish of our pool and can’t wait to spend many hot summer days enjoying our amazing pool.

Not good first impression. Waited almost 3 weeks for appt. Chris rang me at 2.30 said he was on his way. I told him i had to go out and get my kids and appt wasn't until 3.30. He said ok. Rushed to get home at 3.30 and he text me at 3.45 i don't think i can make it. I think i dodged a bullet with this company

The initial service was good but they seem to have lost our file

Avoid at all costs. This company is definitely one to steer clear of. I have had to spend thousands of dollars repairing and maintaining my pool, pool was never finished, every professional I’ve had out to fix the problem has said that these guys should not be in the pool building business. Hard to fight when the director is on the board of SPASA. I am currently in the process of removing the pool as it is just not worth the money or the heart ache I’ve had to go through.

We were initially quite anxious about building a pool. Thankfully a friend recommended Queensland Family Pools. From the very first meeting all the way through to complimentary visits to check on the functioning of the salt water system we were extremely impressed. We could phone them at any time and they were always professional, friendly and helpful on the other end of the line. We felt in good hands throughout the build and we are so happy with the end product. It has now been a year since completion and I am still telling everyone who are even thinking about a pool to look no further.
