1st Payment made on the first week of December 2015, 2nd Payment made on 3rd week of Feb 2016, I am still waiting fo rthe staircase to be completed after many promises of work to be done and either workers not turning up or turning up needing to come back to re measure, it seems they are very over worked, and staff are full of excuses as to why the job can not be completed, ie to many jobs on at the same time or third party contractors letting them down, I have left numerous messages only to be given little or no communication as to the progress of the job, quality of what has been done so far is very good but the whole process has taken far to long and has not been a pleasant experience so far, I will finalise the review once the job is completed.
