This gentleman did not know me from Adam yet, without any delay, he simply removed a nail from a recently repaired, not by him, shoe which made it unwearable and at no charge. This may not sound impressive but it was service, for which he got no return. I will certainly be using this gentleman in future, when I’ll be happy to pay.
