Wanted to get a little plaque engraved for my pet who had passed away, the guy who served me was the most friendly, understanding and accommodating guy!! (Don't know his name, young guy with tattoos and glasses who was there on Friday morning) He had the job done in 20min and it was the perfect little tribute for my family. Thankyou!!

Bought batteries for a lamp. Realised half an hour later that the lamp had batteries. Would not refund me even tho had not opened the packet still had receipt. I have no use for this size and I am sure he could use them. Poor service. Will never use mr mint again unfortunately.

What a wonderful surprise today. I stopped into Mr Minit and asked for help with a remote that I had pulled apart and not been able to put back together. The lady who assisted me was so gorgeous, pleasant and helpful. She had the remote repaired within a matter of minutes and sent me on my way with no charge at all - wow, what lovely service. Thanks so much - greatly appreciated.

Did an amazing job on the repair of my shoes. Needed some further fine adjustments made and they were more than happy to help.
