Very professional outfit. Courteous and helpful in booking an appointment. Prompt same-day service. Plumber was punctual, friendly and did a good job in fixing our leaking shower mixer and replacing the basin waste.

Prompt and friendly service by GMS. Would definitely recommend to others. They even text you on arrival, which is even handier. They took care of all the paperwork for the $200 Power and Water leak protection scheme.

Gold Medal Services did an excellent job at replacing all pipework in my ceiling. Their products were better and a considerable amount cheaper than their competitors. Their staff were friendly, helpful and really easy to deal with. They are now my preferred plumber and I would recommend them to anyone.
