I recently had a problem installing a lock I purchased from Rodd Locksmiths and they were very helpful. Not only did they talk me through possible options but they came out and solved my problem for me at no additional cost. They where told it was the barrel on a customers door lock with the barrel removed from the vechial for them to repair and told the the lady she needed a new key so they charged her for the new key The barrel was refitted to the vechial and it was no different to before they barrel was removed from the vechial. She returned to mention that it was still the same and they admitted it was the barrel and offers free removal of the barrel but she will bar charged for the work on the barrel that's was fine BUT THEY have sinned done that and now the vechial does not lock or unlock and they have told her it is the dorr handle not setting to the right position YET ITE WORKED PERFECTLY FINE before the touched it took my self 20 mins to remove my self and YET they stated it took 4 hours to remove the barrel FROM THE VECHIAL ON THERE RECIPT!! And now the vechial does not lock or unlock from any door. I will NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO ANY OF MY CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS EVER AGAIN as they don't have a clue on what that are taliking about and just BLANTENTLY RIP PEOPLE OFF A MASSIVE THUMBS DOWN TO A LOCAL COMPANY
