We had a bad experience whereby a hole was punched in our stormwater pipe with a jetter tool. This was investigated by an expert plumber who demonstrated with CCTV cameras that this was the likely cause. The insurance company agreed and eventually sorted it out for us. Would not recommend!

We have been using TapsR Us for all our plumbing needs for a few years now and cannot recommend them enough. The service is prompt, efficient, cost effective and very friendly. Nothing is ever a problem. When a booking is made, they are prompt and call if they going to be late...even by 15 minutes!
