Got luke out last Tuesday to replace my hot water system. Wednesday afternoon, I called him because i had no hot water again. He told me he couldn't come out because he had been drinking, even though his business claims to be 24/7 emergency plumbing. He came out the next day and re lit the unit (but had to bang the absolute hell out of it to get it going). Same deal the next night, no hot water AGAIN. So i called him and he sent his friend over to have a look. He got it going again (and again had to bang it). Its a brand new HWS for god sake....$1320. He told me he would come Friday morning and fix it. He never showed - Ignored all texts and phone calls and only got back to me a day later after i left him a really angry voicemail message. Promised to come Sunday. Yet again...he was a no show. Apologised again and said he would come today (Monday) to fix it...but guess what.... HE DIDN'T SHOW UP AGAIN. And again, isn't returning calls or texts and i am sitting here with no hot water. So i have now filed a complaint with the ombudsman. I have 3 kids (one is a new born) so i cant be without hot water and cant keep loading them in the car and dragging them out in the cold to have a shower at my parents house. ABSOLUTE JOKE. I understand people have lives and things come up but a week of being stuffed around and being promised it will be fixed is a joke.
