Rosebud Thai Restaurant

This place used to be amazing. Absolutely honest review. The waitresses were lovely, the food was okay. What they really screwed up was how long the food took to come out. We were there for 2 hours, the food order was wrong. We were starving. We did not receive an apology or anything. The owner who is a stern cold man was so sarcastic when asked if he could give us a discount or desert he laughed at us. This was the worst experience, I have recommended this place to so many people, but my gosh My friends and I will never be coming to this place again. Really disgusting seeing as we spent over 200 dollars to this disgusting service.

We have been coming to Rosebud Thai for a number of years and the food has never disappointed. A little expensive but the Peninsula is getting a little bit that way no matter where you go. Would always highly reccomend. Enjoy.

It's overpriced and the bald guy who I assume owns the place is rude and unpleasant but the food was pretty good.

Food was alright, a little too heavy on onions, but generally decent. Roti was served (for takeaway) balled up in a small bag, and was really oily. The issue here is service. We ordered takeaway and they said 25m. We arrived a few minutes AFTER that time frame to pick up, and paid. I waited for about 10+m before anyone asked about my order and went to check on it. Then, it was another 20m before food was ready. Overall, the food was 35m after the time we were told to come. What's worse, when I expressed frustration at this absurd wait time (1h for Thai food from order to ready???), they said it was the best the could do, they were busy. No refund, nothing thrown in, not even an apology. Wouldn't return because of the crappy wait, dismissive attitude towards customers, and just ok Thai food.

Food was delicious, setting was ok. The waiter/owner could do with some PR training however will not stop us from visiting again
