Parkview have an endless list of defects with this site. Our apartment is 8 months old and has mould damage already as there is no ventilation! Nothing can fix this, not even our 5 moisture captures around the apartment. All residents experience the same trouble. You get 1 car space and no parking is available within 500m of he complex due to the parking restrictions, if you park in the visitor spots security put A4 stickers across your windows and report you to strata. Mail cannot be delivered because the doors are locked to the mailboxes. Endless dramas here and i cannot wait until our lease is up
