Prices are expensive for the quality of items. Also, the cosmetics are rarely restocked and there is very poor service.

I use to go here for all of my clothes. However, I now realise the price (not as cheap as you'd expect) is not compliant with the quality of clothing. 9 times out of 10 the clothes I buy (mainly shirts) shrink in the wash or become see through. The makeup and skincare section is ok though. They have a few brands that nowhere else (in Newcastle anyway) stocks. E.g. Sleek makeup and the balm.
