Location was brilliant, so close to everything! However the apartment we stayed in was very run down. Not very clean either. Both my partner and I didn’t get a hot shower once in the whole weekend stay the water was barely ever warm. The shower itself was pretty bad too, water sprays outside onto the floor tiles and you can’t move it. The pillows were absolutely shocking. We only had one room key, they told us the key was lost/broken so we had to leave the key with reception whenever one of us went out and the other was doing something else which resulted in a 30 minute wait minimum at the service desk both for dropping the key off and picking it up. Not overly impressed.

Location wise, it's brilliant, so close to everything!
Staff was also helpful. The first room i went to wasn't very clean, thankfully,
the were kind enough to allow a room change.
They're quite affordable but slightly under equipped.
No towel railing and shower cap.

amazing hotel rooms. amazing location. very spacious and nice rooms for very good price. awesome amenities and facilities. really great awesome staff. air conditioning in the room was a bit questionable but other than that amazing experience would highly recommend this place for short or long stays. I would definitely come back here. we stayed on the 31st floors and we had three rooms three bathrooms for a very good price. there are windows in the rooms that you can open. there is a sealed indoor balcony that's closed off you can relax in. great place !! :)

Good value for money for an apartment but slightly under equipped (no towel railing, no shower cap). Cleanliness was terrible especially the bathroom as the sink and shower cubicle is extremely mouldy. Looks like it hasn't been scrubbed down for months. Bathroom light was too dim. Carpets were dirty. Clean bedsheets and towels though. There's washing machine and dryer provided. Reception staffs need to learn the sizing of bed. 2 single beds = 1 king size, not queen size.

Had a great time staying at the Aria hotel apartment. Very clean apartment staff go that xtra mile to help. The reception staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay at the Aria Apartment the next time I go to Australia. JO-ANNE TAYLOR 🇬🇧
