Hello I would like to give my difficulty that I faced tonight checkin to your property. I had contacted your property in the morning itself by both myself and my friend in Melbourne regarding my flight details and when I will reach Melbourne from Sydney. I spoke to Ms.Amanda and I was asked to call a phone number given by her as soon as leave Melbourne airport to reach your property. My flight landed at 10:00 pm and I collected my bags got hold of a taxi and called the number that Ms.Amanda had given me in the morning at 10:22pm. In spite of repeated calls I could not get hold of her and I tried calling the property also but it kept going to the voice mail. But since I had already got into the taxi I reached the property at 11:00 pm and again tried to call them but still it kept going to the voice mail. My worry was standing outside in the chill weather with my parents and my wife with child. Finally someone called me at 11:35 pm and said that he would reach in 5 min. Finally he reached at 11:45pm and we got into our apartment. There was some difficulty in opening the door and the guy who had checked us in said that he would come back with the key. But until 1pm no one had come or called back. I do not know how I can go out and come back in case I need to go out. I know that my check in is at a odd time, however I had already informed in advance regarding my travel plans and in spite of that I have faced this problem. Also I do not have the right key, no access to wifi, my linen is not clean, I need a pan for frying eggs.(I got wifi and frying pan the next day) I will have to wait till morning to get it sorted out, it would have been better if there is someone like a manager to sort this out. We are tourist and we come from a far off place, this is very bad way to treat us. Next day morning again had to call to get the new keys as we could not close the door to go for sight seeing. They were not on time. I had to cancel my morning schedule and change to a different time. While waiting in the apartment there was lot of noise as there was some civil work going on in the next apartment which we were not informed.

Stunning night views from this apartment. Great bay views during the day. A good quality holiday apartment.
