Espresso Apartments

Ideal accommodation for our trip to Melbourne. A great size, lovely apartment with great facilities. Close to public transport and great options for cafes, restaurants and bars. Also very responsive and helpful.

We had a few problems but very happy with the way they were handled. It was very hot so we requested another fan and it was delivered that afternoon, then the microwave did not work so a replacement was delivered the next day. Very good customer service. Good location (2/92 Tennyson Street, Elwood, Melbourne), between the beach and walking distance to train station. Found that emails was best form of communication. It was a family holiday and will definitely consider Espresso apartments again.

Lovely apartment, very convenient for our needs, clean and had everything we needed. Only downside was the previous occupants had been smoking and it lingered in the apartment for the whole time we were there. It was reported and apologies were given. Would suggest perhaps signs left in the apartment that it is a non smoking.

We stayed in apartment 112 / 8-10 The Esplanade St Kilda as our son was getting married at the Yacht Squadron opposite. The location was fantastic. A magnificent view, plenty of space for the 6 of us adults plus we had the groomsmen also getting dressed there. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of parking. Needs a little updating but otherwise it was great.

This is great place for up to 7-8 people. wonderful location, very well layed out and thoughtful apartment
