This service has false advertisement - no wifi was included despite us being told it was, the $50 secure parking fee was for a garage that could not be locked, and there were no air conditioning units in the rooms as shown in the advertisement (there was only one air con in the lounge room and it was on a short timer so continually turned itself off, which made it difficult to sleep in the heatwave). There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for 4 adults for 5 nights, which was not enough. We killed several cockroaches whilst there and also had to clean the place ourselves before we left as per the signs all over the place. For the high price and terrible customer service (who refuse to acknowledge or address any of the issues when we tried talking to them about it at the start of and after the stay), it was not worth it. The only thing going for it was the location.

Have stayed here a number of times but on this occasion was kept awake by the people above us for two nights then to be told on a Wednesday night that we were being to loud by the manager who was above us will never stay here again so poorly managed

Excellent value for the location. Very clean. Walking distance to everything in parramatta. 30 min walk to westmead childrens. Helpful service. Had minor issues with air con but overall very happy and would stay again.

false advertising - no wifi was included despite us being told it was, the ‘secure’ parking was for an unlockable garage (which someone did open while we were there).
There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms and the lounge room one was underpowered for the space as well as on a timer so continually turned itself off during the night - sleeping a full night in that heat was then impossible for all four guests. Several cockroaches were in the rooms also.
They also falsely advertise airport transfers - which is there way of saying here are three different companies you can arrange through, we don’t manage that.
This accomodation is overpriced for the terrible customer service and above issues. All the above was pointed out to management and no response was provided (in fact I had to request a follow up to even get a response). This stay was not worth the hassle. Extremely disappointed, as were the other three guests staying with us.
