Sandown Vet Clinic

Rude. Didn't even make an appointment the receptionist was so rude.

They charge after a certain time (15 minutes) double price for consult without warning. My dog has had skin issues and it took around 6 visits for them to refer me to specialist clinic (MVSC in glen waverley) which wouldve saved me more time and money. I now exclusively visit specialist clinic and the professionalism I have experienced is a lot higher than Sandown (especially with regards to quality customer service at admin and also with regarss to keeping a record of my dogs past visits..Sandown vet are so bad at bringing back past visits as their admin is sloppy regarding finding emails).

The best vet we have ever met. The nurses were great and the vet we dealt with really was fantastic. Highly recommend these guys.

Best vet in Melbourne. Thorough, considerate, reasonably priced and all staff are honest, respectful and reputable. Was recommended to go here from a friend who knows them through the greyhound racing industry but they are fantastic with pets too! Highly recommended.

I found the vet very knowledgeable and switched on as to what my dog's issue was, without hundreds of dollars on tests, as all the 3 other vets wanted to do that I had taken her to. This place knows their stuff highly recommend taking your dog here. Brilliant staff and service.😊☺
