Saw Ni'ia at Flex Physio in June when I could barely run 5km without pain, and now 5 months later I've just run my first trail Marathon pain free! A runner herself, Ni'ia provided great technique advice and customised exercises and is well worth a visit if you run. Highly recommend!

I've been going to clinical pilates and getting the odd myotherapy and physiotherapy treatment at Flex Sports Physio for 6+ years. I've been to other studios prior to Flex but they were not as knowledgeable in helping me to manage my condition. The staff are all ever so lovely, patient, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. They've helped me manage my chronic injury and build strength where it's needed. The staff are so friendly, supportive and helpful. I am stronger than ever thanks to Flex. I never want to stop going to pilates.

I have been a long-term client of Flex and have always felt extremely comfortable and confident in their assessment and treatment of any injuries that I have had over the years. In fact, they have been an absolute godsend on a number of occasions! Naomi also introduced me to the wonderful world of Reformer Pilates, and I can honestly say that it has changed my life! She is a brilliant Clinical Pilates instructor AND physiotherapist with an exceptional depth of knowledge, and knows how to get results! I could not speak highly enough of the Flex Sports Physio team!

I love coming to Flex Physio. I come to a Pilates class weekly to improve my running skills. The staff are very personable, intelligent, very thorough and my running is improving at a great rate and without injuries.

Grading the Giants following their 22-21 loss to the Eagles on Thursday night. Offense Daniel Jones (20 of 30, 187 yards) did enough to win. He threw two touchdown passes, the one interception was not his fault, and his 80-yard run was a thing of beauty,
