TriCare Annerley Aged Care Residence

From my perspective I like TriCare Annerley. My mum likes living there as well. The review above is from one view point only. As from ours well, my mother has been diagnosed as having dementia (early stages) with added complication of severe depression. We looked around and found this place to be the most suitable for her and ideally located for my brother and my self to come and visit. She has been living there for over 5 months now and have seen her thrive on the care the nursing staff are giving her. For one, her depression looks like it is lifting. Another reason we feel that she is being looked after is the beautiful happy smiles we get from her when we visit She is content and says she loves the food. At the beginning of this year (2013) the home has had a major overhaul and the end result was nothing but positive. If you are looking for an opulence well this is not then for you, however if you are looking for a good clean place with friendly staff, by all means check it out. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 Star was that the decor of the residence is along the border of being retro (70's) style. But that's why I think my mum felt at home, as her own home had the same vibe.

Stupid pathetic people that work in the call centre. For over 18 months I have had blaring television coming from some room of some person who is dying in there. Well guess what. I live in the apartment building next door. I need sleep. 4 am Sunday television blaring. Like insane. Does anyone else complain or they tone deaf. Lol. Yeah deadville. Bunch of spastics. I called call centre three times. She said its not coming from there facility. OMG. Then all of a sudden the noise stops. God dam insane. 😂 I would prefer to be six feet under then pay to die in that he'll hole.

has all the hallmarks of a 1960's gulag. food is terrible and some of the nurses are not competent. agree with the review of 6 years ago. people rights are just trampled on.
