Siam Orchid Thai Restaurant

This Thai restuarant was a pleasant surprise. My family had takeaway version so i can only speak from that perspective. The service was great. When we walked in we were greated. Yhe atmosphere was pleasant and clean. The young server/cashier was helpful and had knowledge of the food. When asked about a dish she was not certain of she went out of her way to obtain the information instead of lying. The food was delicious. I ordered pork roll and drunken noodle. WOW. The food was FRESH and just plain YUMMY. My friend ordered the coconut prawn, coconut soup and coconut rice. She found the food delecious. Only down fall she said was that she kept finding chunky ginger pieces in the coconut soup- side note the soup according to her taste like laksa soup with veggies. All in all i would becoming back again. 😙

We come here often. Alway delicious. Lunch is great value. We live the Masaman curry, Basis stirfry and cashews chicken! You can get it mild, medium or hot!

Nice curry, the stir fry’s have too many beans and green leaves for us sometimes hard to order over the phone depending who answers good value

We were extremely happy with our takeaway meal. As a visitor to the Gold Coast it was great to find this restaurant nearby to our accommodation. We had the massaman beef curry and the garlic and pepper chicken dish. Flavours were wonderful and perfect serving size.

We celebrated our Son's 30th birthday last night and its the first time we have been here.....we thoroughly enjoyed the meals and the staff were lovely. We were particularly impressed with the thoughtfulness of them decorating the very plain birthday cake I brought in with fried ice cream, cream and cherries, they dimmed the lights so that the sparkles they added was simple a nice touch to the evening all complimentary. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Siam Orchid.
