I purchased a reel from this company and first time I used it, the main working gear failed. I let them know about it and they responded very quickly. Not only did they send me a replacement reel, they sent two!! I can't recommend this company highly enough. Their customer service is excellent and they post their products at break neck speed! I have even put the sticker they send you with the product proudly on my boat! It's hard to find businesses like this these days! Well done and thank you I say to them!
