I ordered wagyu Beef Burger!! Taste was nice! The electronic system order using the keyboard was good. The staff was friendly!

Pizzas are $17 but really small and taste 5/10. Not a good choice. Garlic bread was nice but still $7.70 Will not be eating there again.

Decent food & coffee. Tablet ordering and fairly quick service.

Outstanding Customer Service! First off, I must apologize for the delayed review but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to give these guys a virtual pat on the back. Initially my partner and I went into Coffee Rocks to grab a takeaway, but upon entering the arcade and getting a vibe of the atmosphere, we decided to stay. Very chic and tasteful. The staff were spectacular from the getgo. Especially considering the coffee order my partner placed was botched.The girls working were so concerned and did not hesitate to make a new one. The food itself was delicious, very homestyle and not unreasonably priced. Before we left, I ended up buying art off their wall and the girls were so helpful in trying to find the artist for me. Overall, 5/5 service. And this is the first time I can say it for any established dining service in Australia. Fantastic set up. Outstanding staff. Wonderful atmosphere. 5 stars all the way

Full credit to the staff who kept their cool this Australia Day weekend. We were there on Saturday and they were absolutely flat out. We had to cancel our order when we realised how backlogged they were. Why they couldn't call on more staff to support I don't know but despite a lot of people complaining the staff kept their composure and did everything they could to assist. It must have been a rotten say for them. This is a management issue not a staff issue at all (unless some of them were "sick" in which case the managers job to fire them!)
